Fatty to Fit Tuesdays: Week Eleven
*Staring next week I will be posting pictures once a month. In those picture I will be in a sports bra and pants. If that offends you, don’t read. =D*
This week I’ve been a lazy mofo. I jsut haven’t wanted to go to the gym at all. Today I’m changing that though. I’m getting my ass back in gear. Also I don’t like that I eat under 2000 calories pretty much everyday and don’t see a whole lot of difference in the short term. Not to say that my goals are all lose quick because I know in the long run that isn’t too helpful but it’s taken me almost 3 months to lose 20lbs. For a majority of that time I didn’t have a gym meembership and now that I do, I need to step it up.
Also with this weeks lose, I finally fit into the second pair of size 24′s that I bought myself for Christmas. When I bought them, they were really tight and hard to button. I’m stoked to report that this morning, while still a little too snug for comfort, they buttoned without a problem!
This week I felt really good about my sodium. One day(which was a cheat day) I went over by 1850. I know that’s a lot but I didn’t double it. I went over pretty much everyday but most days it was about no more than 500mg. It’s a huge improvement from before. I don’t feel as sluggish as I felt after eating a shit load of sodium which is nice. I have noticed though that not getting up and going to the gym has made me lazy in other aspects of my life. I don’t feel like cleaning or going and doing laundry. Well I don’t feel like doing those things anyway but when I work out consistently , I figure I’m up already and I might as well.
Tracking my sodium has been awesome and crappy at the same time. This week I realized just how much crap I had been putting into my body. It’s been hard to cut those things out. Bonus though, chocolate is low sodium! I had bought some frozen veggies a couple weeks ago to add to my lunches and the sauce that they came with made them uneatable for me. I had to toss them. The one positive I have learned is that Emmie and Landon LOVE cooked broccoli. Emmie tries to steal Landon’s all time. They are junk food lovers but that also really enjoy their fruits and veggies. As long as we keep the junk to a minimum I have no problem supplying them with it from time to time! Oh and if you’re looking for some yummy and healthy recipes, check this post! We made the some of her meatballs for dinner yesterday and they were delicious!
So since I’m so close to my goal of 280lbs, I’m going to set a new goal. I want to be 255lbs by the third week in April. It’s about 26lbs. I feel like it’s totally doable as long as I keep going to the gym and eating well. I have plenty of motivation as I will have to be in a bathing suit since we will be going to the Wisconsin Dells. Also being under 260 would to pre-children weight. You have no idea how excited I am for that. If you see me slacking off, please call my ass on it.
