With upcoming events, I really wanted to be able to have a calendar that held all my commitments in one spot. I really love Siri and the fact that she can make appointments for me in my iPhone but I was getting frustrated when I went to edit them online and they weren’t there. I couldn’t understand why even though my gmail was set up correctly through Microsoft exchange and said my calendar was supposed to have synced, it didn’t. If you’re like me and have kids who take your phone, then you know they can easily erase your settings. Or if you’re like me and just didn’t sync your calendar originally then this will help you do that without having to delete your email and then add it again.

It took an internet search and Google explains how to do it. But without pictures I’m sad to say it took me a little longer than I would have like to figure it out! Below I show you with pictures what you need to do to easily have your google calendar and iPhone sync together! It really has been a freaking godsend having

Step One

Find Settings and Click it!

Step Two

Click the Calendars link next to General

Step Three

Click the notifications link on the calendar you would like to sync.

Step Four

Check the “new events” box and save.

There you have it. An easy way to sync your iPhone and google calendar if for some reason it’s not already!
