It’s been awhile since I’ve blogged about the little dude. My friend Christa, asked how he was recently and I thought I would just update on here for everyone. In case you don’t know who Madd man is you can read about him here and here.

Maddox just finished a round of chemo the third week of July. As it currently stand, he only has seven rounds left and they can all be done out patient. The out patient thing is a major relief for my sister as she won’t have to find someone to help with the other three monsters while her or her husband are in the hospital with Madd. Even though they moved to the new hospital with private rooms, it’s still hard for them to have to be in patient.

He has had one pretty nasty bug since I updated last. Then as soon as he recovered it was back to chemo so that was a tough few weeks for him. But so far after this last round, he’s doing fantastic. I went with my sister, madd and marley man up for a transfusion last week and when I saw him Sunday he was being his normal chatty cathy.

The little stinker is so close to walking as well. He scales all the furniture and he’s even started getting brave by putting his arms down and standing on his own. It’s really cute to watch him walk back and fourth using the entertainment center. As of now he’s doing great. I’ll do another update in a couple months when he gets closer to finishing treatment!
