When Landon was born I couldn’t wait until he got older. We could go apple picking, trick or treating, understand Santa and do fun things the park district holds. I looked forward to all those moments because its hard to do fun holiday activities with young ones who don’t understand what you’re doing or why you’re doing it! I mean I look back on new mom Allie and wish I could say, slow it down and enjoy baby.

Now Landon is two and a half a getting big so fast. Even Emmie seems like she is older than 14 months. My kids are nuts. Landon has been able to count to 10 since he was 20 months and until recently we haven’t really cared to try with our ABC’s. I mean the counting he just picked up but he didn’t have much interest in the alphabet. Now you say one letter and the kid goes nuts! I love it though. Emmie says them a little too!
