We are a major Doctor who loving family. The kids adore the show so it isn’t even one we have to wait for them to go to sleep before we can watch. Landon loves pretending to be the doctor. Every time they introduce a new villain though, I am willing to shut off the episode if it’s just too much or too scary for him. We have had to do it for both the kids at least once but hey whatever. Emmies fear I can see. It’s a creepy little boy from season two who goes around with a gas mask on his face saying “are you my mummy”. It seriously scared the shit out of me the first time I heard it. They thing that makes me laugh though is who Landon is and isn’t scared of.

I can’t believe it’s here. Like every year really it’s so hard to grasp that Landon is another year older. I remember when we were told we needed to be at the hospital at 5 am. I remember when he was born and Chris put him by me for a kiss. I remember when I held my chubby dude for the first time.

My little man in September last year from Emmies birthday!

I just can’t get my head around how big he’s getting. He can say his ABC’s. He counts down on his fingers. He cleans up for chore money. He helps his little sister all the time. He remembers lyrics to radio songs and even makes up his own. He tells me stories before I leave. He loves all things Thomas the train engine and toy story. In fact he wants all Toy Story toys, Thomas Birthday hats and a Doctor Who(TARDIS) cake.
